I have been a FabFitFun customer for over a year and have to say I still get excited waiting for each box. There have been a couple of items that I would not purchase again, however I really love most of the items I receive.

I had an issue, that unfortunately was our fault because my husband bought a new membership for me and used his email account, so we then had two accounts on file and two credit cards on file and both accounts were being charged and I was receiving double boxes. This Associate figured out what I was saying and checked both accounts and realized what was going on. She then deleted one account and she advised me that I would receive a refund in 3 to 5 business days. Thank you to this Associate for taking the time and for looking into this for me. GREAT customer service.
