Had a damaged box and FFF stood behind their product 100% and replaced my entire box and I didn’t have to request a shipping label to return the other box , purple shampoo opened up and went all thru the damaged box it was a mess but the return and customer service was amazing Thank you

Fitfabfun has been so great! I get my annual boxes in a timely manner and they are always filled with such a variety of amazing items that I would never purchase myself! Each box feels like I am getting spoiled! Even my children like to gather and watch me open each box! 😁

I called because I just wanted someone to find out why my plus size poncho from add-on’s had not been shipped. I texted and was told my item was a drop ship. Then when I got through on the phone, they lied to cover up for the CSR from text who told me that. They doubled down again telling me it was a drop ship item. However, they had realized that the text CSR was wrong and it was in fact an item from the warehouse. They had just not sent it. So while lying to me and telling me to keep waiting because it was “still in the time frame for a drop ship item,” even though they knew it was not a drop ship item, they quietly got ahold of the warehouse and had them send it out expeditiously. I had to have a supervisor to get that part done. But I think the supervisor felt bad it had been delayed and that she was put in a position to lie to me because the previous rep had already doubled down on the mistake the text CSR made, because she offered me a credit for the $43.80 that my item cost. And today I finally received my plus size poncho I was really excited about. :) Besides the lying part, customer service was wonderful.
