I have been a member for many years and this 2019 Winter Box was a disgrace. I did not get the customization email, as others have stated and my box came with only masks. Hand masks, foot masks, hair mask, and some sea salt. Absolutely terrible!! I am done with Fabfitfun.

I had a yearlong subscription to FabFitFun, but just cancelled it, thanks to this latest shipment. I have been stuck working tons of overtime, and didn’t have time to go online and customize my box for Winter. I feel like I ended up with all of the reject items that nobody wanted...namely the candle. It has absolutely no detectable scent whatsoever. The good item was the faux fur throw, which is what all of the YouTube reviewers received. Go figure.

This box was useless compared to the other boxes. There is no way this box is valued at 200 something dollars.

Only reason I'm giving two stars is for the Customer Support which is excellent. Their delivery solution however is abysmal. This was my first box, the tracking link didn't work and the box never arrived. Customer Support offered a new link which just shows the box is in transit. I cancelled the subscription and was given a refund for the box I didn't receive. Really disappointing as I had been looking forward to getting it but kudos to FFF for the no quibble refund. Perhaps would consider re-subscribing if shipping was from the UK as no one in this day and age expects to wait a month for delivery (especially when you PAY for delivery)

The box does come with promises of very nice products. But the products a very cheaply made poor quality.

At first I loved FFF but the last few boxes have not been so good. The value of the products are marked up and the actual products are very cheap. I am giving the company one more chance as I paid a year in advance. If the winter box is the same cheap quality and products I’m not interested in, I will not renew.

When I first joined FFF I loved it. Even my boyfriend would get excited about opening the box and going through everything with me. The last few boxes have been beyond disappointing though. After the last one he even asked “is that it?” Not only is it a reoccurring theme to be out of a product, but any time I’ve done an ‘add-on’ it’s showed up much later than the actual box. While I don’t think I’ll ever understand the concept of advertising products offered before it’s truly secured, it really irked me that the last notice I got was after I already customized my box. My last box was basically a bunch of skin care products that I never would have bought myself and will most likely end up as gifts to others. If you’re looking for a new subscription box, I’d go elsewhere. It’s no longer worth the value - but hey! Cancelation was easy.

I was so excited to try this out! I got my first box and it was pretty good, the "editors box". My Spring 2019 box was not good and I reached out to customer service hoping to get some help. I got none. Nt only was the rep AWFUL and unhelpful, she responded so slowly that I finally ended the chat. I was not going to cancel my subscription but I did cancel because of the experience with customer service. TOTALLY NOT WORTH IT AT ALL! The products were full sized, yes, but totally cheap!!!
