They do not let you know when they renew your subscription. They won't give you your money back. The Spring box was weak, and disappointing. Not like it used to be. The box is even smaller. But honestly the automatic renewal without warning is wrong. Especially when your sign up was July, and they renew you in May. That is not right.

I’ve been with this company for years and it has slowly gone downhill. I haven’t complained about it though and I’ve still bought each box. But today I will no longer be interested in this company. The lack of attentiveness in their customer service rep was HORRIBLE. The rep kept pushing me to buy, buy, and buy when I was clearly telling her why I can’t at the moment. I originally wanted to talk to customer service to see if it was possible if I could skip this season, but she was ignoring that and the reason why I needed to go ahead and cancel. It was so disrespectful and I shouldn’t have to repeat myself over and over for her to still try and get me to buy the box or buy credit. Just goes to show how money is more important than the needs of the customers, let alone one who has been with you for over 5 years. I’ll be sure to spread the word because no one should have to go through that and waste their time and money.

Well it looked like I was still receiving boxes and I’d have to wait to choose items unless I upgraded. I upgraded… come to find out they charged me over $200 dollars I was not expecting that. I felt like there was no warning how much the charge would be. To be honest the boxes really aren’t something I wanted for another year. Much of the stuff I can get a lot cheaper. I don’t wear make up. I have plenty of soap. Don’t need another sports bottle. These boxes just don’t seem to have unusual fun stuff. I did the upgrade for what I thought would only be a box or two. I wasn’t going to have phone service while the customization was going on for the non-upgrade. I didn’t want to be stuck with useless items. To my horror I was charged over $200. I am on a very low fixed income. The government needs to do some changes to SS retirement but that’s the reason why I can’t afford the surprise of $200. That 1/4 of my check

Do not buy as a gift. I bought one year for my daughter as a Christmas present. Then it renewed on its own, which I was unaware of. They sent a box and I was willing to pay for a single box at the seasonal price because I did get the box. They refused to give me my money back. So basically $173.20 was just given to them (the remainder after 1 box at seasonal price). Sure I could have gotten the other 3 boxes but take the chance of letting it auto renew again, I don’t think so. Instead they get an awful review and I’m canceling my box as soon as my current year is up. Nice choice fab fit fun. Reviews do matter.

Cancelled….just ask your bank to stop ongoing payments. Do you notice all reviews are about customer service? I wonder why? I’m so mad it took me a couple of weeks to write this. I received an ugly top and bottom 1xl I am a smallI got a yoga headband 2 lunch boxes and 2 facial serums for 78$ I donated it all to goodwill. Please know I am a non- complainer and have given this company numerous opportunities to get it right to no avail. Please save your apology not and 15 credit. I’m going to make my voice heard how awful your boxes are. BEWARE some boxes are great…. But don’t wait for it!

Just received my new box and I would say it’s almost as bad as the last. I received a planner, a glass nightstand glass and cover, an orange beach towel, a mini facial ice thing, a bottle of body wash, and a head band! Would not buy any of these things! Looks like I have white elephant gifts again for next Christmas! Last time I received a small green frying pan and other stuff I gave away! Why does a grown woman mom of three need a green miniature frying pan!!!! Use to like these boxes but probably going to cancel at this point! Not one thing I liked in my box but maybe the planner with spring flowers oh and it came flower stickers cute yah but I have a iPhone planner so maybe give it to my 6 yr old! I’m sure she will love the flower stickers!

They advertised a pair of Prada sunglasses for 20.00 but I got charged 223.90 and still haven’t received them. Contacted customer service 3 different times being told there isn’t anything they can do. I have canceled through my credit card company and hopefully won’t be charged for something I don’t want! Take screen shots of your orders!! I am very disappointed in FFF it just isn’t Fab or Fun anymore. The boxes have definitely gotten more pitiful over the past 3/4 yrs and they have gotten more expensive.
