I really love my fab fit fun box! There are some features that I wish were a little different. I’ve paid in advance to have the year membership which you do save money and get perks. But some of my friends who are regular quarterly subscribers, ended up getting into customizations and it was bottlenecked. They ended up getting way cooler stuff then I was offered being a VIP member because the original I really love my fab fit fun box! There are some features that I wish were a little different. They ended up getting way cooler stuff than I was offered being a VIP member because the original Customizations ran out. It is nice to be VIP and get other additional perks but it kind of rubbed me the wrong way. That being said, I have been introduced to a whole new world of different products with amazing features. It’s a great opportunity to see what you like what you don’t like, then if you don’t like something you can give it to your friend and they might really love it. My friends and I do a Reveal session via video conference every time we get our boxes. It is really fun! Occasionally some of the products have been lackluster. I got a beach towel last year that was really cool looking but within using it two times it was faded, I already had holes in it after washing it on gentle an air drying it, so those moments are not the best.

I love fab fit fun, but I’m hoping the boxes start getting a little better. One can only have so many face masks!

Love the options. They never disappoint. I look forward so much to being able to get expensive products i never would have been able to afford any other time. The seasons summer box was no different.

Great products, fantastic value, and empowering for women.

I like being able to choose some of the items in my box and alsp love the "surprise" element of getting the FFF box every month. I like almost all of the products I get and the ones that aren't for me, I give to my family members. I feel that its a very good value for all the high emd products.

The boxes are always exciting, but some quarters are better than others. Great subscription opportunity if you want to try new products and also get the opportunity to select and make choices about what some of those are!

Update: I promptly was contacted by FabFitFun and was given a couple options to make things right. I chose to receive 3 new items in lieu of the items I had previously received. I was asked my preferences of type of products I most would like to receive. I just received my items and couldn't be more satisfied. The retail value is more than $200. Thank you FabFitFun for fixing this. Great customer service Kaitlin D!! I have since reinstated my subscription and expecting my summer box anytime. Received my Spring 2020 box and 5 out of the 8 products were not in any of the categories of the enclosed magazine. Out of those 5 items 3 of them I had received in previous boxes. I had canceled after the winter box and last minute reinstated my subscription so I understand that I wasnt able to choose any of my items. With that said I still feel cheated because what I received was leftovers from past boxes. Not cool fabfitfun. If you didnt have the items to fulfill then dont take my money. Oh by the way, I want my money back

I went to buy the Spring 2020 box, payed my $50 and went on to customize my box. Only 1 or 2 options were left as everything else was sold out (I did try to buy this box near the end of the Spring season so possibly my fault). I decided I was not happy with the choices and went to the customer service chat box to cancel and ask them for a refund and not to send out the box I just purchased. This was resolved in a matter of minutes, amazing customer service i am not sure what all the other reviews are talking about. I am definitely going to get the Summer box when I will be sure i will have more choices.
