I got a gift box promo, and I really liked it, so I signed up. I customized my Winter box, and even added on a couple items. I was really disappointed. I got nothing seasonal like a blanket, or gloves. I got two types of make up bases (in the same box), some whipped coffee body cream that was just awful, and a few other items. I ended up giving a few of the things away. Some I just ended up throwing out. No one I know was interested in the detangler, so I’ll probably end up tossing that too. Really disappointing, and in my experience with just the one box and add ons, not at all worth the price. I actually called, and they refunded me $10, which was nice.

Too many skin care/beauty products that I will never use or are not something I want or need.

I feel the products are up sold. The necklace in the winter box looked bent or cheap even though branded with a well known name. I also feel that the products are the similar each season. I canceled my subscription

I decided to try FabFitFun with the promise of a 1/2 price starter box, and along with the offer was a picture of 10 different things. When I got my box, it had 7 cheap items but I figured it was starter box for a reason so I decided to keep my subscription and see what I got next time. The first thing that happened was the constant emails - several times a day at one point - trying to get me to spend a few hundred more dollars to I could get "the good stuff." I stayed with the basic box and when it did arrive, I literally laughed. There were again 7 different products with an inflated retail value and only 2 I could use. I sold the rest of the items and canceled my subscription. Bottom line - it's like most subscription services: if you are a social media influencer, you will receive the really good items so you can influence others to subscribe. If you aren't, you get the basic items that aren't worth much more than what you paid for the box.

I have been a FabFitFun customer for about two years now. I really enjoy the anticipation of getting a new box with fun surprises every season. BUT DO NOT order a MYSTERY BOX BUNDLE. I ordered two mystery boxes thinking the stuff would come in two individual boxes. I was planning on using them for my girls Xmas party gift exchange. All the stuff came in different plastic bags. LEFT OVER stuff no one really wants. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. Two items paid for what I spend which was $80 total but again, I would have rather spent that money on two very nice gifts. I like the idea of each box being filled with mystery items for someone to open like a FabFitFun box NOT IN PLASTIC BAGS. Very unhappy.

My first box was great , second box was just okay . Feel like they suck you in the first time and then disappoint once your a member . Going to wait to see what is in the next box and if it’s not great again going to cancel my subscription

Generally I do not post reviews however I am very frustrated at this point. I was SO excited when I heard about FabFitFun and immediately subscribed. I have been a FabFitFun subscriber for three seasons now. Some of the products are nice but they definitely are not as promised or seen on social media. If you do not subscribe for a year or order a bunch of add-one it takes FOREVER to receive your box. They took the money out of my account minimum of a month ago and I still have yet to receive my box. If they’re not going to ship it right away then they should not be removing the money from my account until they do so. Overall I would not recommend this to anyone simply due to the lack of follow through and poor quality of the products in the boxes themselves. Unless you subscribe yearly they could careless about the amount of time it takes to get your box to you when ultimately those people pay less than their seasonal subscribers! I will be cancelling my subscription the moment I receive my winter 2019 box, which by the looks of it will not be until it’s time for the to take the money for the spring 2020 box!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! The videos you see on their website of "what your box may contain" is CLICK BAIT & is no way worth what was in my 1st & last box. Didn't take me but 5 mins looking at what was sent to know I would cancel, it was a complete joke. FALSE ADVERTISING & no wonder they have bad reviews, please take the time to actually read the reviews before giving them your money. I wish I had! ***BUYER BEWARE*** They say each box comes with $200 worth of products it because they markup the prices so high, I honestly don't know what I got that was worth anything close to $200. I could've bought these items on Amazon with the checkout price maybe $30 & next day shipping, NOT A MONTH
