They did not send one item that I picked out and I did not like some of things they sent at all. I never would have picked two of the items and one of them they sent me two of them. It was a hot mess. It also took almost two months for me to get these items that I did not order.

I had a great experience years ago receiving great luxury makeup but cancelled because I couldn’t continue financially. I decided to give it another try, and wow was I disappointed! I got a towel, sarong, luggage scale, deodorant and hand cream! What total garbage for $60!!! Lost a customer forever!

So here’s my experience, I’m not gonna say you guys have not sent some amazing things periodically, because you have. But it’s been very rare. I am 50 years old my daughter is 17 and we truly get matching boxes every single time we receive a box, so we have doubles of everything it’s either all for her or all for me, but clearly someone is not paying attention to, the demographic . I wanted to get one for my mother, but it’s been two years of disappointments and this is not the first time I’ve written you guys, but if you can’t tell the difference tween a 17-year-old girl and a 50 year old woman….

Let me help, in any way, FFF is one of kind and meant something so special to me that I began offering the Starter Box inside every gift we provided to all our women fighting Cancer. Last I checked I sent out almost 100 boxes. Part of what it means to be a woman, means we leave ourselves out. Please don't become part of how we do that, while we also pay for it. Once again I didn’t get what I ordered. I didn’t even get what they were offering! I went online to check what was being offered and only one item I received was even offered. The rest was junk 2 little square bowls a cheep soap dispenser and cup a just under 2 oz hand lotion, lemonade scrub and eye cream. The one thing I was looking forward to receiving was a luggage weight checker. Not in the box. I’m so done with fff save your money!

I. don't. Get. it. Great Trustpilot score, good reviews online. Mine have arrived (after a multi-week wait) and they are embarrassingly see-through. I won't even be able to wear them to the gym. Money totally down the drain. When looking at their return policy, I think this is the first company I have seen in over a decade that doesn't offer you a money back policy. Exchange only? That says so much about the company....

Had this subscription for a few years now and cancelled. Why cancel? Well, I stopped getting the customization emails, and at first I thought I must have missed them. After searching my inbox, junk and trash there wasn’t one. All I received was junk I would have never even given a single thought about. Received a box today, Mother’s Day, all filled with garbage I wasn’t given any opportunity to chose alternatives for. Seems to me that they are unloading over purchased products that people don’t select, well can’t select or unselect. Save your money and don’t use this service. Go and use your hard earned money on items you ACTUALLY select.
