My experience was pretty good. All the items I had chosen were in the box plus various others, all good quality. I think given the extra postage and customs fees I worried a little about value for money, but the box was really varied and I absolutely love some of the things they picked for me. Some of the items seemed to be leftovers from previous boxes but I don't mind as they were still great items. Postage was incredibly slow getting to the UK (though very fast once arriving here with Hermes) but I think in the current climate that was to be expected and it did say that there are delays on the shipping info - I think it took 2.5 weeks in total. I contacted them through the chat box a couple of times and my questions were answered quickly. I'm looking forward to my next box, only time will tell if this is usual service or not!

I have had a great first experience. My box came as quick as a could and I am so happy with what I recieved. I cannot wait for my next box.

so far I have had amazing experience with their customer service and I LOVE their boxes and add on/edit sales. Its well worth the money. I have seen a lot of bad reviews about them but most of them are "operator error" on the customers part.. lol FFF is amazing!!!

I love all the products that I receive every season. My summer box was attempted to be delivered on June 3rd,2020 I had a family emergency out of town and when I tried to hold my mail through the post office the website was having problems. I called and they said that any packages that are left with a slip they would hold for 30 days. I went on June 23rd to pick it up with the slip that was in my mailbox, and someone picked it up on June 10th at 4:34 pm ( i know I wasn't in town at this time and I had proof of this) I Called customer service and told them what happened they were mot than happy to help send me a new box to replace the one stolen. Thank you for all your help I have had problems in the past month with all my packages being stolen from my doorstep and the post office giving my box to other people.

Fabfitfun is AWESOME! I love love love the boxes. The questionnaire definitely helps them get to know you. I’m pregnant and in my third trimester and the sleepy time lotion they sent me last time was so wonderful. I genuinely love everything I get!
