I had an issue with a product and reached out for assistance. Valerie was quick to respond to my questions, very polite, and knowledgeable. It was easy to get my problem resolved and I’m very satisfied with the experience.

If I had a customer service I would want Paul (@ FabFitFun) working for me! He was able to help me quickly with a kind voice and a happy heart. Even though I was checking to make sure an account was deactivated (which at some companies would not be well received ) He answered all questions with not one problem.

Love this box and use most items. Some items are great for Christmas and birthday gifts. I buy a lot of add ons in the Winter box for Christmas gifts as well. $7 for a swell bottle everyone loves...can’t beat that!

I decided to try FFF during covid. After I received my first box, I went annual. I love picking 5 of my items. I love this box, as it isn't too makeup forward. Fun house items, adorable jewelry and face items I would never spend that kind of money on myself. Who needs to? When we have Fabfitfun. Customer service is very helpful, and I love the helpline. I admit we had a rocky start but box was so worth waiting for. I can't wait for the Fall box!

I'm a new customer and am in love with all of it! My first box was the Summer Editors' Box and I enjoyed it so much that I signed up for an annual subscription.

My FAVVVVOORRIITTEEE subscription box. I mean these people should sponsor me because I do not shut up about how much I love my box. I get the annual subscription and have been getting boxes for almost two years now. Some are better than others but the excitement I get from customizing my box and getting in delivered is unmatched. There are at least 2-3 things that come in each box that I use on a day-to-day basis. It’s a fun present from me to me every season and I never want to give it up!! My ONLY negative (and I mean only) is that I have ended up with so many hand and body creams that I am frantically moisturizing to use them all up. But they do smell AMAZING.
