My chat was answered in a timely manner and the agent was professional and helpful.

I had a charge show up for $19. I dont remember ever ordering anything. I could have hit it by mistake. I seng fabfit a message explaining i didnt understand the charge nor did I want the item. Tyler my customer service representative handled everything and was very understanding. Fabfit always has great customer service.

I was given the wrong information on my invoice. I made the decision to keep the merchandise on that invoice amount. The invoice showed a credit of $110 and I was charged $205 when the balance on my invoice said $97. I was told that the $110 should have been $20 instead. My decision to keep the merchandise was based on the amount due of $97. Because of this I may not be able to renew my subscription for this coming year. It is my birthday gift every year from my husband. The $205 charge to my account overdrafted my account because I was budgeted for a $97 payment. I was told the correct style credit should have been $20 not $110. So I am going to return the items minus the jeans and sweater but I am assuming then I will have to pay full price so I am not going to get much of a refund. This has been an upsetting situation and worrisome that it may happen again and I get charged a different amount. There is a huge discrepancy between $20 and $110, I am sure anyone would agree. I have been a very satisfied customer for 3yrs and will continue to be if I can get my husband to pay the annual fee even though we had this situation. This is paid from my fun money or allowance and so he may not indulge me even though it is usually my birthday gift every year. Anyway I am very disappointed with how this came about and probably will be nervous about any future purchases not knowing if we will have an invoice problem again. I will remain a customer though because I have been very happy with your boxes and feel they are good quality items. Thank you, Sophie Hardman

I have contacted FFF customer service twice in my life and both times they were extremely helpful. They solved my issue right away and showed genuine care. I am a big fan of this company because of this.
