I received my fall box and my customizations were wrong. I was so bummed because I especially was waiting for my tote. I contacted customer care and they were wonderful. They are sending out replacements! Thank you

I have had two experiences with FabFitFun customer service in the past 2 months. Both encounters were because I, as a new customer made mistakes and needed help correcting them. In both instances someone reached out to me within 30 minutes of my sending a email. Both representatives were extremely helpful and friendly. Both times my problem was taken care of immediately. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a lovely experience with a Luxury subscription box service.

My box arrived with an item opposite to what I chose for customization. I asked if I can exchange for what I wanted and they apologized for the mishap, are re-sending the item initially requested, and are letting me keep the item sent in error! I’m truly impressed with the service and support to my concern.
