Just felt listened too.

several months ago i had a box that wasn't able to be filled. fabfitfun made restitution on it. i ordered 2 more editor boxes. i got a message saying 1 of these boxes was ready to ship. i contacted fabfitfun. i wanted to make sure they both were shipping so we wouldn't have the same issue as before. a guy named Walter was helping me and asked me to wait for a couple minutes so he could review what was going on. to my surprise, it was the missing box. they were able to fill a box for me and get it out in time for me to take with me where we are having an early Christmas. it may not be the exact thing i had picked out but i am so happy they went above everything to help me. even after what they did before. each time i have spoken to them, they have been so supportive and kind. it actually teared me up

Was missing an item and did a chat to find out what was going on and everything was explained in great detail and resolved.

I misunderstood how the Add On feature works. Caroline explained the procedure, agreed to cancel my order and reverse the charges. Extremely satisfied.
