I received my FFF box and the items I had ordered were not included. I called and Avril was very helpful she was able to get my items reordered and sent to me. Love my FFF! Avril rocks!

I called fff, because, I did not see items in my box which I ordered. Savannah checked, & assured me they were there. She never made me feel like I was a burden. She assured me she loved helping me. I loved the personification. That is so important in a business. I love it. Way to go fff.

Selene was extremely helpful with me!! I renewed my annual membership, but the email I received did not have the mystery gift listed in the box. She looked it up, and found out it was shipped separately. That’s fine with me, as long as I receive it. Love Fabfitfun, first time getting a mystery box! I have been an annual member for about 3 years now, they are wo!!

I experienced an issue with my membership, I reached out to the company and did received a prompt response that my email was received and they were busy but would address my question within a few days. It was nice to receive such a response so I knew when to expect a response. My service representative Alice was very knowledgeable on the subject, took time to explain how the problem occurred and how it would be resolved. I was also warmed by the friendly response from her and her wish to be safe & healthy. Such kindness goes a long way these days. While I've yet to receive my box, I'm very excited receive it!
