I purchased a subscription for my daughter-in-law for Christmas. I entered her email address incorrectly. She never got the email notification about her gift and was unable to make her selection for the winter box. When I called customer service they were very helpful. They corrected her email and sent her a verification email to confirm she received the information. The response is quick and now we have a new FFF member of the family.

I had a missing package. I spoke with the package handlers before them, and they got back to me immediately, way before the shipping handlers did. Even though I spoke too two other people, very short messages on my part, they all helped to get my issue resolved as fast as possible. All there people were super helpful in trying to offer both solutions. Janna was great. Customer service is great as always. I was super busy with work, and found it hard to communicate with emails, and Janna not only gave me a number to call, she straight up just got me the missing items sent to my house.
