Tried to order many times and would not work. Kept saying my credit card cvv was incorrect 😤 I've done this many times and will not work. Oh well I will be looking for unauthorized charges though.

For a second time, a box has automatically been chosen for me with nothing I would choose. Seasonal customisation is open but as an annual member I am not allowed to choose. I’d rather have my money to choose my own items in the shops if as an annual member I am being assigned the bargain basement castoffs. I have cancelled my subscription.

Ordered my first box with a discount code, and they charged me the full price. When I contacted support and sent a screenshot, the customer service representative said that they had been having problems with that promo code. I asked why they didn’t refund me proactively if they knew about the issue, and why I had to contact them to get the charge reversed; the rep acted like she was doing me a favor by offering to refund me the overcharge. I also then asked when my first box would ship, and she said it could take a month to process. I asked to just have my membership canceled and my purchase refunded; then she changed her tune, and said it had already been processed so they couldn’t refund me. Super shady business practice and taking advantage of new customers, hoping they don’t notice. I had to ask multiple times for them to cancel my membership and the best she would do after an extensive amount of back-and-forth is give me an extra 10% refund on the box I didn’t want anyway. Be sure to check your credit card statements.

My box was shipped but was shipped with a company that didn't deliver to my area that I found out after having to reach out to the company, fabfitfun kept telling me to give it time until I let them know, so then I had to wait even longer to get a new box in which they didn't have anything I originally picked and even ordered myself. I was also told that it doesn't matter about membership longevity or location because I was asking how long would it take to receive my new box. I finally received it July 6th with absolutely nothing I wanted, they did also send me extras that obviously no one wanted as well. So annoying given the fact that they prioritize "influencers" and give them free boxes and even pay the "influencers" but us as paying customers can't even get what we pay for or what we wanted. I received an ab roller, hat, picnic type blanket, a piece of paper with squiggly lines on it, aroma oil, a resin bath set...like seriously I will not use this stuff. Do better and make sure the shipping department knows if that company delivers to a certain area beforehand. Sending it all back so it's not just sitting at my house taking up space. UPDATE (August 1st) Well no one has reached out to me as I suspected, canceled membership today, not like they care but saves me the headache.

I wish I had read the reviews before signing up after my daughter sent me an offer to get a trial box. Literally received the trial box of 3 random items (an oil decanter, some scalp scrub and an embroidery kit :-( ) 3 weeks after paying the $5 for a trial box, yet only 1 day before they charged me for a seasonal subscription. Some trial period! Also, they don't let you delete your C/C info and they intentionally make their subscription options & details complicated and multi-faceted. Very scam-like and a lesson learned. I cancelled as soon as I saw the text from my c/c that I had been charged for a seasonal subscription I knew I didn't want. I thought I had another week to cancel, which would have been a more reasonable "trial period" to have determined if the products were worth the price of a subscription. While some subscription services make life easier, they are not designed if you prefer to spend your money in an intentional manner. I'm done. Thank you FFF!

Do Not and I repeat do not order with this company. I was a member for a year and I did not renew, and my credit card they had on file had expired so when I received a charge on my card 06/24 I was a little confused how it went through. My bank said that the exp date was the one that I have now but there is no way they had it because I never updated it. I called fabfitfun support and was told that they have an automatic generater that updates your experation date if the card number stayed the same. How is that legal? After speaking with my bank they stated that is not legal and after 3 failed attempts to get someone higher up than customer service to call me about this I am writing a review so other people do not have to go through this as well.

Yuck. Do not sign up for this! Constant repeats from past boxes and if you are not an annual member it is even less worth it (I was an annual member and it wasn't great). They charge for renewal with your last box, so I got roped into another year, cancelled before my next renewal which made the box I got horrid (so much lotion and a water bottle). Also, very difficult to actually close your account. They hold on to your card info and you have to call and jump through hoops to get your account fully deleted.

Hugely dissatisfied especially with this last summer box. They never informed me nor had it posted anywhere that if your card doesn't go through after you save your customizations you loose them. So as a result, I received a box of junk and stuff I would never select. They speak of transparency well they need to truly work on that.
