Love, love, love my boxes...and FFF has the absolute best customer service!

FabFitFun is awesome! I had an issue, they let me know that due to our current pandemic they were behind, much like the rest of America. When they were able to get back to me it was with a solution, the problem already resolved!

The CS is outstanding. I had a product that spilled in a shipment and damaged other stuff not only did replace things but they gave me a credit too

I was talking to a rep and explained my problem and then got cut off somehow and called back and got disconnected. Then I received an email from my rep Shelby explaining my problem and I am very grateful she followed through with me. She didn’t forget me or my problem.

Working with Reme was so incredibly easy. I was disappointed that my item arrived broken, but she assured me simply that w/in 2 weeks I would receive a new one! She had me email her evidence of the issue and it was done. Easy.

Tessa was extremely knowledgeable and she addressed my concern courteously. It’s great to have people like her to help customers resolve their concerns.
