I had gotten an email because I had recently purchased a box. I was just scrolling through the site when I accidentally clicked on a pink button that immediately upgraded my account to annual and charged me $239.55 USD. I panicked because I did not plan to upgrade (it all just happened so fast), I had just read it was non-refundable and I could not afford to spend this much on a subscription. I put in a request for a cancellation and refund asap. I was then surprised with a quick response and a refund as they understood it was not my intention to upgrade my subscription. I was so relieved and very pleased with my service. I do not know if anyone else had this problem, however I have to just say it would be great to get some kind of warning that says you are upgrading your subscription and will be getting charged, just to make sure this doesn't happen again in the future.

I didn’t receive the items I requested and bought... instead got different items I’d never use... levy was extremely thorough and helpful.. everything has been resolved. I’ll be getting my items within a couple weeks.
