Although I was quite disappointed for receiving the wrong size for an item I ordered the representative I dealt with was kind, apologetic and helpful in resolving the issue. It was quick and they made sure I understood everything that would happen moving forward with the refund.

FabFitFun had sent me inccorect products and billed me for items I didn't want. Scott B ensured that my refunds were processed, and that all my items were indeed coming. He took the time to confirm my detailed list of all the items I would be reiceving by category, quantity and by order type.

The boxes are so fun to get! Recently however, their emails started going into my spam folder, and I didn’t realize this until I got my payment notification from PayPal. Rue was so kind and helpful in getting everything sorted out and manually putting in my choices for the customizable items. Very appreciate! I see many, many more FabFitFun boxes in my future!

I was charged the for the monthly subscription, then I went back when I realized I singed up for monthly instead of yearly. I was wanting a refund but instead of being sent only 4 boxes Customer service did let me know that I will be receiving 5 boxes. The customer service here is always awesome.

Love fabfitfun! Im excited for all my goodies to come in the mail every 3 months. So far I've liked and used almost everything I've gotten. Customer service is very helpful, any issues I've had have been resolved fast and efficiently. Will stick around for a long time!
