Once the Seasonal Box has shipped from our warehouse, it will take up to 7-10 business days for it to arrive for US members and 9-14 business days for International Members. You can check on your tracking details from time to time for any updates! We look forward to you receiving your items!

The boxes have been great, but I Received Two summer boxes That I ordered and They had multiple of the same things in them which was a little disappointing. Hoping the fall box Has No duplicates!! Still loving the items ❤️

I absolutely love this subscription box because it includes homeware and items you can't get in the UK. My only issues I have are the fact it takes so long to arrive and I don't think they look at your profile when curating mystery bundles.

I love the sales and other member perks. The seasonal boxes are good, but I feel like they have been lacking lately. My most recent box was a bit of a disappointment and it seems like the sales are better than the curation. I'm hopeful that this will change in the future and will be better than it was in the past.

UPDATE: I have actually just received all but one item i am waiting for and i have gotten several duplicates. Not sure if hat i have paid for or not but i truly do love FFF. I absolutely loved FFF until the last 2 months. I order ALOT of things on line for personal and work. My packages are now delayed but only with FFF. I went back and reviewed and often. The shipping was sent to carrier but my package didn’t even leave the FFF for 5-9 days later. I recently experienced double billing. The quality of items received are awesome and no complaints. But of the shipping issue is not fixed i won’t renew. It is not al due to COVID either. Since other companies are literally using same ship pattern and arrriving on time

I love FabFitFun! The products are great, the selection is amazing, and I've used many of the products and items I've received! My reason for 4 and not 5 stars is the following: The phone app is glitchy and does not always save my box selections; I have to go back once or twice to re-select and make sure they save. The last two boxes have been a majority of skin care, and I have in my survey/profile that skin care is not as preferred as I cannot possibly use it all or at one time without my skin breaking out or being confused. My most recent box has a defective product which I intend to notify customer service, and I have no doubt they will help me as the customer service has been amazing. I wish I could give a 4.5, but the two items above could use some attention. Overall, I do love FabFitFun and have recommended it to several friends and family!
