I am in receipt of the Spring 2020 Box. I have to say, it's laughable! The value which they attach to the items such as $38.99 for a dishtowel and $99.00 for a cover-up that looks like something you'd get free at a hospital while you're waiting for the doctor to arrive for your annual checkup is an absolute joke! The only reason for the 2 stars was that it was delivered in a nicely packaged box and the customer service rep was very polite. But I'm not willing to pay $50 bucks for a box of goods worth $10 AT THE MOST - so that I can have a nice interaction with a service rep

All the reviews are fake unless you sign up for the yearly membership or they offer influencer better boxes. I did a seasonal box and by the time it was open to customization all the things I actually wanted were gone. Which leave you very little options of all the things no one wants. They repeat tons of items. Don’t believe the hype. You get a lot of Tjmaxx discounted beauty products no one heard of and they claim they are worth $40-50 a piece. Not true I can find them at discount store for a few dollars. All the good items like totes and stoneware or name brand items will be gone before it even open for customization. I would wait just to go on right away and it would still say the good items were all gone.

Got the spring box.. and honestly wasn’t impressed!! I’ve gotten all the boxes in 2019, and loved them!! Thinking about cancelling now because it’s just not worth it!! Update: Thank you FFF for the response!! Will try it again!!! Thanks for reaching out... shows amazing customer service!!!

FabFitFun implies they're for every age group and has a questionnaire you fill out prior to placing an order. Then the company ignores everything you took the time to tell them. Their products are NOT age-related, color-related, location related so most of their products didn't work for me. I live south of Tampa, Florida so scarves, wraps, heavier clothing isn't necessary here and there are no options for our warmer climate. I wanted brown not black eye products, different nail products, etc. and I'm older than their typical customers. I tried to ask questions and got extremely snippy rude comments from females that acted like they were 16 years old and spoiled. The products they sent were full size as promised and they do have tracking for the boxes. Think twice before you do business with this company. After a year I canceled. I have a drawer full of products I'll never use.

I got a trial box from a colleague where you just pay the shipping and you get a trial box with 4 items. Today I got my trial box and I also got an email for new customers which stated you could get $125 mystery bundle for free if you checked out with this code. I logged into my account and clicked activate thinking I would be given the opportunity to enter the code. I was not given this opportunity. Its like a light switch, you're just activated, no checkout. Despite checking out in a completely logical manner and not being able to enter the code I was given, FFF wouldn't add the promotion that they specifically sent to me as a new customer to my first box. FFF, every new customer would want $125 in free stuff, just automatically add it to the first box. Why bother with codes. I don't want to order from company who wouldn't honour the promotion they specifically emailed about, you qualified for and inquired about before the promo expired. In conclusion, FFF has some fun items but lacked logical customer service.

I would have probably continued to use FFF in the future, however since I chose to cancel my annual subscription, my last two boxes I was not able to customize which I feel was not right. These are boxes that I paid for just like anyone else. I would not recommend FFF to friends or family.

They don't have enough of their products. You get to choose what you want but, its already sold out. if you a company you should have enough of your products. Also, they are sending the same items.

My friend (who loves fff) sent me an email to get started with fff. I used the email she sent me to get started. I completed the registration information then FFF sent me an email directly. The fff email congratulated me and indicated I had earned $10 off my first box that the discount would be applied automatically. I went through the process of ordering my first fff box. During the ordering process I did see a field for a coupon or gift card but I was never given a coupon code. As the website indicated that the discount would be applied automatically. I completed the order process and guess what I was charged the full regular amount. The subscription confirmation email showed the full amount and no discount. I sent an email and got an automatic reply saying "FFF would be in touch with me as soon as we can." My thought was where was the "24/7 unparalleled customer service that the website boasts. This morning after digging around I finally found a fff customer service phone number. I did speak to a representative, but had to explain my issue twice and was on hold for a while. It seems FFF outsources their customer service outside of the United States. Finally, the rep says she will issue a $10 refund. I did get an email indicating the refund. This has been a lot of work on my part to get this straightened out. Initially I was excited about FFF but now I am wary.
