Their customer service is horrible. You deal with one person and then another takes over the case and says something completely opposite and doesn’t honor the previous persons words.

Will not refund me for a faulty product. They literally said not our fault. Awful company guys. Please avoid

The lack of response from the company makes it difficult to trust they will process a refund in a timely manner. Due to this lack of response, I submitted a dispute with my cardholder because most transactions can't be disputed after 60 days. I finally received a response and was told they would refund a portion since one box was shipped out already. That was perfectly fine and I was told 3 to 5 business days. That refund didn't happen, so I reached out again to the same person who told me that I would be refunded, with the same email, just to be told that nothing was pulling up with my email. Now I received another response stating that I won't get a refund until I cancel my dispute but I wouldn't have had to start a dispute if they had actually responded in time. It's a disappointment.

My first box ever. It stayed in label created for awhile. I finally found an area on the website that said I had to wait 14 days before they could do anything. In my first conversation with customer service on the 14th day there were 3 customizations that were sold out by then so I chose a refund for those items. The very next day I get an email that nearly ALL of my items were sold out. Customer Service offered basically skipping this fall and getting a fall 2024 or something extra in winter but I was already not sure I wanted to do this and this just put me over the edge. I canceled my year subscription.

Received my Fall Box 2023 and half my order was missing! What I did receive was an open box of Blume Buds with one sleeve in the box, an open bag of cough drops that I didn’t select as well as a bottle of flavored water. What was missing from my box; better than sex mascara,1809 collection candle, Emerald Flex bracelet. Customer service refunded me $45 and I have to pay for the shipping. My Fall box was over $200!

Sophia was very professional and kind. This is an issue beyond her. I paid extra for an annual membership to select my items. The fall box is sent to me with allowing me to pick. Then I pick 5 items I like but will only get 3 of the five and I won’t know u til they are shipped. If I had to guess it will be the cheapest from the list. I wish she would have been able to give me 5 items I had chosen. That’s what I paid forwith an annual membership. I was only able to select 5 I like and then FFF decides which 3 to send me. Still not happy. This isn’t what I paid for by the annual membership. I’ve been a loyal annual member for several years know. Thus is the first time this has been a really disappointing season.I’m not sure about FFF for future renewals. I feel like I am not getting the product I paid for. I threw 2 things in the trash as soon as I opened the box. I kept the bag and a waistband that I doubt I will ever use. I keep a mascara. The bag I can buy for 30. Dollars and as the mascara not much. The useless waistband and bag . I paid 59.99 dollars once but never again. I can say your post are false
