When I received my box from FabFitFun, I only received two of the five choices that I made. They sent other items in place of the other three. When I spoke with customer service, Cedric’s was extremely helpful. He apologize for the inconvenience and ordered the correct items right away. He stated that I should receive it in 7 to 10 business days, or so. In addition, the items that were sent mistakenly he stated that I could keep as a gift from FabFitFun. Awesome service!

I received a damaged box and contacted Fabfitfun for help replacing missing items. I was contacted back very quickly with a caring message showing concern. I was informed I will have a replacement sent and all I had to do was send them a picture of the damaged box. It was very easy and the contact person was very helpful!

I ordered wireless earbuds in the edit sale, when they arrived the left one wouldn’t charge. Sent an email to FFF customer service, response was immediate. Problem solved before I really had a chance to stress. Thank you Rosie🎉

Amazing!!!! I had an issue the one thing I really wanted one specific thing and she took care of it boom like that first email.
