I received an expensive backpack that had a little damage. They were timely in getting a response to me. They are going to replace the backpack.

2020 has Not been kind to me, as I am sure most feel the same. Life has changed and things I would’ve purchased without batting an eye at prior to March, I haven’t had all the funds for. Be it, something I thought was a necessity in the past that doesn't seem as important with mY minuscule budget. Beit,afacemask or a fancy new candle. I am currently unemployed (My job had to close on March 16. I was there for 7 years). I have been collecting unemployment since March (for the first time EVER) trying to support 4 beautiful daughters and a household (mortgage/utilities, all on ME) as a single Mother that was recently diagnosed with stage 2-3 Breast Cancer and stage 3 Endometrial/Uterine/Ovarian Cancer back in February 2019 that I just began treatment for. Of course with no child support from my Princesses Father... I am an annual member and I can’t tell you how grateful I am for that box that comes four times a year. It makes me feel like me again and there are no words to express how awesome that feels. I made a salary prior to this crazy world of 2020 that I was able to give my children the things they needed and some of the things they wanted as well as myself, with the occasional splurge!!!!! All while maintaining a household. I considered myself very lucky. It has since been an extreme struggle and unfortunately 2 of my children are too young to understand why finances have changed the way they have. I have not budgeted myself buying anything outside of what's critical to living. I even sadly turned back in my leased car and I’m currently sharing a car with my 17-year-old daughter. I can't even begin to express the happiness and gratitude just to give a birthday present to a friend or use some fun stuff to help bring some normalcy and self-care to this crazy world. Thank you so much for bringing back some of my normal and allowing me to see my smile again.

Helpful and friendly

I was having problems with the connection to the FedEx tracking site. Lynn looked it up for me and took a screenshot and sent it to me.

I have been subscribed to fabfitfun for a year now. Their boxes are always amazing and product is always great quality. This time though I had a slighlty defective item. I emailed them about it and within hours I was answered and assured that they will be sending out a replacement. Twice I have had to deal with customer service in a year; both times they addressed my concerns immediately and with very friendly reps.

An item in my shipment was damaged and customer service resolved the problem very quickly! The process was simple and Maria in customer service was very helpful and professional

My fff fall box came and 2 items I was excited for were not there. I had ordered 12 additional items and they came however my curling iron and mascara set were MIA. Now the replacements are on they are being shipped to Canada!
