They sent me an email claiming I was sent extra items when I was not. They admitted it later but they need to do a bit more research before they alarm people like that.

I asked when will FabFit ship to the Netherlands. Currently there isnothing to tell yet but in the future you will send it to my country i will get an email.

Update #2: I received my replacement box. Not impressed, but that's my fault - I didn't realize it was only 3 products, I thought it was like the regular box. Really love one of the products from the Fall box - Likwid hair oil. It's something I would have never bought but now don't want to be without. The Fall box necklace does not look cheap and is very pretty, for every day or to dress up an outfit. Update: I have received an email from FFF saying they will send me a replacement for the promo. I've raised my rating from a 1 to a 3. I am impressed with their quick response, and will update further when I receive the replacement. I came to this site just to look, but I saw Nadia's complaint below and it sounds very similar to mine. I reactivated with an annual membership and was to get a Mystery Bundle. I received my fall box and was happy with it, but when I asked about my Mystery Bundle, FFF says it was "while supplies last" and I was "not able to successfully redeem" and therefore will not be getting one. I am trying to resolve this with them. They have offered me 2 products, but I am asking that they either send me an equivalent box or refund 3/4 of my payment. During this time of pandemic, I very much look forward to receiving packages! I believe my request is very reasonable.

Completely clear information regarding when my box will ship. I got the information even though my connection was spotty

My box had not arrived & it was obvious there was more than just a delay happening. I opened a chat box & the support was prompt & resolution was implemented with an overall genuine attitude.

So I called to adjust an incorrect username and password. They were very helpful, and were able to quickly make the needed changes. I also was inquiring when my box that I have paid for would arrive, and I was sad to understand it takes 5 weeks from purchase to arrive! That wasn’t clear on their website when I was purchasing it. I would appreciate that either being more upfront, or being a much shorter window! This is the time of amazon prime! I’m sure you can get the packages out in less than a month!

I’m giving 4 stars because of Jesta. Otherwise it would be much lower. Things are listed that aren’t actually available, and things are removed from your cart days after you added them because even though things are supposedly available, they really aren’t. It’s inefficient & aggravating. And there’s also all of the massive delays in shipping, problems with the boxes (I’m still not sure what I’m actually getting or when I’ll get it). I’m relatively new (this is just my 2nd box) and I’m not sure if this how things are usually done but it’s been my experience so far.
