I have been a part of the FabFitFun subscription box for over a year. My first two boxes were good. There. were a lot of products in there that I was excited about. After that the boxes I got were less interesting and the last two weren’t good for me at all. The box I received just this week had actually one thing in it that I would actually use and that was a set of silicone straws that can be purchased at Amazon for about eight dollars. I was hoping this box would be better than last months, but it’s worse. So I am going to cancel and spend my $50 on something I can actually use.

I have been a FabFitFun member for I think 2 years and was really disappointed with the last box. Not only could I not find any record of my ability to customize (I always am sure to do this!) but almost everything I received this box was for skin care and anti-aging. I was really disappointed as I wouldn't have chose many of the products and don't see myself using many of them. I know it's "worth" $200 so I should be happy I only paid $50 but I felt like it was not worth it this month and I was dissatisfied in the products sent to me. I have "$68" tea towels with which I am not impress by and then yes, 5 skin care products of my total 8 products shipped. My non skin care products were the tea towels, mascara - will enjoy, and a leave in conditioner (this was in my previous box and I have hardly used so I really didn't need another bottle). I just felt disappointed and like many products I received weren't a good fit. Oftentimes there is an overlap in product type which is why customization is important. I still have SOO many facemasks and hair products from previous boxes so was really looking for something more this time.

Have done it for 2 years now and unfortunately it’s getting repetitive and definitely not as fun. I even contacted them about all the same items that were “custom “ and they gave me some explanation that they offer the old ones to new people and bla bla, and somehow I should just be happy they gave extra choices or something. The last two boxes were completely disappointing. I was going to cancel, but missed the deadline so I’ve already been charged my annual fee. I’m going to look into how to get that back though. This one was all beauty products, and straws. I find it hard to buy into the 78 dollar cost for face cream when they probably only pay a small cost for the amount they ship out. It used to be so fun, but now I feel they just gave into the celebrity unveiling and forget that it’s us who actually pay for subscriptions. Not going to be recommending it anymore.

Open time for members short. If there has been no response from annual members should be able to get an email notifying them of the products they are receiving before boxes are packed and shipped.

Product had never been delivered from my first order. Fabfitfun without verifying with me charged me additional money to continue with the program and I had not been able to see if their was any value to what they offered. I canceled my subscription and asked for a refund. They did and I have no Further problem with them.

I am a select member. The products are usually good and I have always been able to customise my box as I want. It's hard to know when your box will be shipped. My latest box was missing some items which have now been shipped 4 weeks after I received the box.

At first i liked receiving the boxes and became an annual member. Recently a couple of my items from past boxes have malfunctioned or broke. FFF did credit my account since the items are no longer in stock. I am not satisfied with the quality of items and have enough beauty products to last for the coming year. I will be cancelling my annual membership.

First box was great, second...good, 3rd...ok, giving fff one more time to redeem themselves. Plus, I never rec'vd a discount on my 1st box?? Disappointment is setting in...
