I ordered the Spring 2020 box and I am sadly disappointed. I was so excited to receive it and when I did I was let down. I first signed up because an ad on the internet said I could customize my box and this sparked my interest! When I tried to customize my box the items I wanted were "sold out" and I had already paid because you have to pay first and then you can see the customizable items. Had I known most items were sold out of the custom portion I many not have ordered. So I canceled my future orders right then. When I received the box I was unhappy with the necklaces, the cardigan and hand lotion. I did like a couple of the items but I did not love any of them. I like the idea of it and believe it could be worth the money but unfortunately this box I felt was not.

The Spring 2020 Box is my first FabFitFun and sadly, will be my last.I cancelled my membership as soon as I opened the box that arrived today. The cardigan is HIDEOUS. The rest of the items are nothing special. The only item I had wanted that I actually chose, I of course didn't receive. Now I have to list all of this cheap crap in my Mercari shop and hope it sells, because I honestly want NONE of it. I felt like I received a gift from someone who knew nothing about me, despite all the questions they make you answer when you sign up. Massive fail. #crapshitdone

I am a annual subscriber...just received my box....I am totally disappointed at the stuff I got....first of all I never received a email to customize my selections....I check everyday....so mad....plus they sent it in regular cardboard box....not the pretty ones that I have always gotten....not to mention...but I didn’t even get the magazine

Not worth the “discounted” price. I got my first box with a coupon code for $20 off, they say your box is full of items totaling over $200. But I received 7 items and 3 of them are ok, 4 of them suck and are pretty much worthless junk. Who wants to receive dish towels in a surprise package??? Or a bath mat? WTH?! AND ESPECIALLY, WHY would you send people packing cubes during a pandemic when they can’t travel for the foreseeable future?!?!?! I’m canceling my subscription immediately, thoroughly disappointed.

Let’s just say for my spring box I was over excited for basically 8 dinky things that were not worth it at all. When you start they make you fill out a survey on what kind of things you like most ... well the items that they pick for me weren’t at all in the categories I like. I pretty much got the bottom of the barrel on what they had left I guess. I say the price for what I paid wasn’t worth it. I was disappointed for my first box and my last. Great fast customer service at least !!

I just received my FABFITFUN box. I hate it. They advertise so many cool products.. none of which were in my box. Where are the bowls? Where are the robe? Where is the light machine. So sad, they represent themselves so poorly.

BUYER BEWARE! I deeply regret ordering anything from this company. Fabfitfun leaves customers credit card information vulnerable. They do not use PayPal or Venmo to keep their customers payment information secure. Less than 24 hours after giving Fabfitfun my credit card information on Thursday 3/26 - my account was stolen and multiple fraudulent charges were made. I know that Fabfitfun is responsible because I have not given my credit card number for any first time purchases since Christmas except with this company and it started immediately after ordering. I also had an issue with one of the buttons I needed to click during payment and had to reach out to a live chat person to make the payment go through. I wonder if that's the point of contact where my credit card number was stolen (I never willingly gave my credit information to the live chat representative). I just cannot believe a modern company that fulfills probably thousands of online orders, doesn't have a modern. secure way for customers to pay. I am also disappointed that in addition to the hundreds of dollars of fraudulent charges, I also cannot get a refund for the box or close my account with the company. I do not want them to have any of my information even though the credit card has since been cancelled. As a company, you need to rethink the payment options you offer your customers. With all the fraud and identity theft out there, companies need to be doing everything they can to reassure their customers that their personal information will be secure.

NOPE! I thought I'd give this subscription service a try after reading so much about it. Got my first box (winter editors box) and was delighted with all the contents, except a jar of cream looked as if it had been opened/wasn't sealed well and had oozed all over everything else in box. I contacted customer service - tried the chat feature first and it was taking way too long and felt like a runaround. Then I emailed them...they insisted on a picture in spite of my explaining that I was in such a rush to clean up the mess didn't think to take one. Finally they sent me a replacement product...which had the SAME issue. when I called to report the second product problem was told that they would give me a "$10 credit" if I signed back up. No one seemed to understand or care that if I can't count on my products arriving in a satisfactory fashion and have to go through a huge runaround to replace, that no amount of credit will make me want to renew. If the company really cared about its clients, they would make it easier to engage with customer service (move them back stateside where people need jobs and where we actually may be able to communicate with them) and change their policies for defective items.
