Sort of fun. Products were ok - in each box I might get one product hat is great and a bunch of stuff that seems cheap. When I had an issue customer service was terrible.

They renew your membership almost two months before it expires - crazy! I had two out of four boxes have issues with missing items, hassle to follow up on. I decided I didn’t want the next annual subscription not realizing i was already charged as I canceled before the new year started. My Amex was charged which I thought was a mistake so I protested it. Amex found for them since I didn’t cancel in time - fine, totally get it, the kicker is I’m locked out of my account (going on 3 months now) and they have the money I was charged. It’s a hassle to also keep up with the selection process too…I’m too busy. Some people clearly use this as a social outlet but it’s not the outlet for me. Hopefully this gets resolved soon but will never again do this.

They Sent me two emails on two consecutive days to resubscribe… the second email was only for a free box, not a bonus box plus $50 credit. I called right away when I didn’t see my credit and customer service basically said “too bad “ even thought I had the email and code to provide as proof. Seems pretty disingenuous to me. Then, when my bonus box arrived, it contained three items that were already on my choice box. The earrings are cheap looking anyway, and now I have three pairs of them. I will not sign up again, nor recommend it to anyone else.

Annual box never arrived. Multiple deflect attempts from customer service. A replacement of my Elemis with a subpar product and still charged for it. Decreasing selections and repeats of old offerings. I did a few years and had fun with it initially, but I think I’m done.

I did not get everything I ordered, was never notified, and was charged for what I did not receive. When I saw missing items I contacted customer service and was told there was nothing that could be done getting what I ordered and I asked to be issued credit. I was counting on what I ordered FFFas holiday gifts and never expected my order would not be fufilled. I am very disppointed!

This company used to be trustworthy, but customer service has become their greatest flaw. They seem to spend their money and resources on marketing gimmicks, but when it comes to missing items, defective items, and items that are expired or obviously USED or not sealed, you may find absolutely no help. In addition, each CS rep (if they get back to you at ALL) offers a different solution—never money BACK, usually partial credit which to me, amounts to fraud because they hold your money hostage. My advice is to steer clear until they can get their quality and customer service back on track. I am canceling my final annual subscription.

Signed up for annual membership with the incentive of a second free box which is great. But didn’t realize I couldn’t not choose those items so now I have double of most items. Not horrible but just something I wish would have been more clear before selecting the annual payment option.

I used to absolutely love this company! They had desirable products and I really felt valued as a customer. However in the last year there have been a plethora of instances where items are arriving broken or not even in the box to begin with and the amount of gaslighting we as customers receive from their customer service is wild, that is when you are able to actually reach someone and get a response. More often than not when customers ask for a replacement or refund due to missing/damaged items we are told it is somehow our fault and we should do better next time or that they cannot possibly give a refund, only a credit to spend more money on their site. It makes me so sad to write a negative review because I really used to love this company, but this will likely be my last season.
