I have used this subscription for years on and off. This past year has been the worst. I have not gotten items I have chosen before and all they do is a 15 dollar credit for an item that is supposed to be worth at least 25. What's in the boxes themselves are suppose to be worth 250 each box. Giving me a 15 dollar credit for missing 5 items is ridiculous. I will never buy again nor will I recommend any to use them.

RUN. Do not sign up for their boxes. I don’t know how this company is even legally allowed to operate. They false advertise to get you to sign up, collect your money, then disable your account. It’s disgusting and they don’t respond after they take your money.

Three times now, they have not sent my complete order. I use their AI to communicat this and fill out the forms, then they reply in an email that due to their high volume of open tickets, it will take two to three weeks for a reply to my reports of not receiving the items that I have already paid for. This is really such a bad company. They want your money, but do not provide good customer service, and do not fix the problems that they create. I would recommend someone to never do business with them. They are a headache, and you will regret it.

The first year I was with FabFitFun, all was well. I even received a broken item which was quickly replaced. This year is a different story. I did not receive my first box (they now ship with DHL) so they sent me a replacement with sub-par choices since my chosen items were nolonger available. I have been waiting for my 2nd box since Aug 18, it shows it was shipped with DHL again and the only update you see is a daily movement updated with no location provided. After having to use the customer service option 3 different times, each chat lasted for over 30 minutes, I was finally able to get a partial refund for my yearly subscription, minus the box that is supposedly still on the way to me. My suggestion is to NOT subscribe until they get the shipping under control. No one likes to pay for things, and nothing arrive. It's not worth the stress of having to track shipment with no resolution.

Even if your are a longtime customer 4 years the app is awful, you make selections then they loose them and you have to do it again missing out on great selections. My last box was identified as damaged and was not delivered to me. FFF did nothing proactively, did not reach out to me. I was only I who discovered it was "in-transit" for a long time and had to reach out 3 x in which their response oh well, we can ship you a box of what’s left of extend your membership longer into awful service. Nope, bye FFF!

I've been with other company's like this one for years. I have NEVER had the problems like I have with this one. I get broken items, delayed items etc. I thought I'd try this one for a year. BIG mistake, right out the gate I was getting broken, cheap items with way inflated value. There boxes take a month to get to you. If you order sale items they are mailed separately and if your LUCKY you'll get them. I've got an item i ordered a month ago as a gift. Its been tied up for 17 days somewhere. DON'T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE THE REST OF US HAVE. SAVE YOUR MONEY. FFF Don't even bother replying here because we ALL know you don't live up to your word. Keep on slowly burning your buisness away because THAT is the only track your on!!!

I would give zero stars if I could. Extremely disappointing experience. It has been two months since I placed my order for the Summer Box, and it still has not been processed or shipped. I contacted customer service weeks ago and was told the box would be reprocessed and shipped, but that never happened. I have since asked to cancel the order and receive a refund, and I still haven’t gotten a response. On top of that, one of the items I originally selected is apparently out of stock, and I have received no clear communication about my customization or what will be sent instead. I have been more than patient, but waiting two months for an order with virtually no communication is unacceptable. At this point, I no longer even want the box—I just want my order canceled and my money refunded.

I am an annual subscriber so I get to pick my items first. Anyway, they build my credit card but then the box said in processing and they'd say that you have to wait 15 busines days for an update. To make a long story short, they lost the box. They were insisting that they had to replace the box with items they had left over because none of my customization items were still available. After fighting them, they did finally agree to refund my money. I can't believe I even had to fight for that that they were going to give me a box of their leftover crap and think that would be satisfactory. This service has gone so downhill with their expired products and they're terrible customer service not to mention the shipping issues. And if you have an annual subscription, they will not let you out.Avoid this box!!
