I have been a fabfitfun member since 2017 and I can actually say that I love ordering from such an amazing company! All of my boxes are to my liking and I love how each portion of the box profit goes to a specific charity! With that being said, I tend on staying a loyal annual fbf member for years to come!

She was quite thorough. She reset my password when I haven’t been able to get into my account because the website said I had to reset it but I couldn’t get it to work.

Great customer support! I had used a promo code that got me a free $200 mystery bundle with my order. That order never shipped and it turns out it wasn't actually applied. I asked if it could still be applied and they said they would make sure one got to me. SO helpful!

My first intention was to cancel the subscription because for days I was canceling the option that comes out "cancel subscription" but it always sent me to the home page and today the box is effective without being consulted, the truth is that Joni helped me a lot and made everything easier for me and I thank her for all the help she gave me.
