Everything about FFF is amazing. Me and my daughter look forward to each and every box. It’s something we always open together. We are never disappoited. Always fabulous stuff inside. If you don’t have it get it !

I recently had to call customer service as I had a missing item from my fall box. I suggest to call rather than email as I was unable to get a resolution thru email. When I called I spoke to an agent who listened and did her best to resolve the issue. I V was not able to get the scarf as they no longer had any but I was given an alternate resolution.

FFF is awesome and have great customer care! One of the items I received in the Fall 2020 box was damaged. FFF customer care answered quickly and mailed me a replacement immediately! Their customer care team really tries to make it a positive experience for everybody! I 100% recommend. I have only been a member for 4 or 5 boxes, but I love this and will continue to buy for a long time. They really personalize my box to me and send me items that I love!
