I absolutely love fab fit fun. It’s something that I look forward to. My box arrived damaged and missing items. And the customer service representative Valerie was very knowledgeable and very patient and kind and resolve the problem quickly

I absolutely love FabFitFun! I was looking for a great subscription box and if you are too...this is the one!! I even had an issue with one of my boxes and was a little reluctant to reaching out to customer service, but WOW they were so sweet and accommodating and helped me immediately and made me feel great! I highly recommend just for an all around great experience and product(s).

My Fall FabFitFun box arrived damaged and tampered with. I reached out to customer service and Calvin helped resolve my issue. I really appreciate the extra mile this company goes to retain customers. I hope they remain the same even as their company grows!

Fabfitfun customer service went out of their way to make sure I got my fall box. I moved out of state and forgot to change my address in the system. My original box was sent to my old address and I was so bummed when I realized this happened. I reached out to customer service to tell them I moved and to ask if they would send a replacement box to my new address. They had no problems accommodating me even though it was my fault. Thank you!!!!

Due to my own confusion a box was sent to the wrong address where I would not be able to retrieve it. A new box was sent to my current address. The helpful customer service has encouraged me to continue ordering the FabFitFun box
