My fabf fit box arrived open with some items that I expected to have, since the platform tells you which ones will arrive. I read one, a member of the staff helped me when I explained the problem and promised that in 7 days they would send me the missing item. I have never had problems with Fab fit fun, they always help me and explain the problem to me with great affection to solve it as soon as possible. I wish all customer services were like this

As important as it is to have good products, customer service and support is worth far more. I'm entirely impressed with both!!! I ordered my first FabFitFun box at the recommendation of a good friend. I wasn't entirely certain I wanted to commit to four boxes, so I chose the one-season option. There was a little problem with one of the items that I received, something I could probably even fix myself if I tried, so I shot a very brief note to the customer support team and very quickly got a reply back with and empathetic and kind reply. In less than a few hours they were shopping a replacement and making me feel like their most valued customer (after just one order). Everyone who is considering trying FabFitFun, do it! You have NOTHING to lose and everything to gain. It truly is Fabulous, Fit(s like a pair of comfortable jeans), Fun, and it a phenomenal value for a few dollars.

I have not received my fall box and he looked at it and told me that they couldn't scan the label so he put in a request to re issue it

I had a really good experience with Fab Fit Fun's Customer Care today. I accidentally added an item to my cart during the Edit Sale, knowing full well that I would be charged for it if it was still in there at the end of the sale. Wouldn't you know, I forgot to take it out and woke up to a "thanks for your payment" email this morning. Being in Canada, I get charged a lot of shipping and with the exchange, it ended up being way more than the item itself was worth. I emailed Customer Service, not thinking that they would be able to do anything about it (they make it really clear that all sales are final and no refunds). I was very grateful that they made an exception and refunded me. This might not seem like a big deal to some people, but it made my day. I was refunded immediately. This was my first experience with Fab Fit Fun Customer Service and I'm happy to continue my subscription :)

I have had a couple of billing discrepancies/returns and they resolved the issues or was able to process a return for me. While most other places would not honor this. I think they have great customer service skills not only because they processed a return for me but because of the rep's attitude.

I was away when my box was delivered so I didn't get it. James was able to have another box delivered.
