I have had no issues with fabfitfun, everytine i have ordered something and i have made mutiple orders totaling more than $500, everytime I received my products it's always wrapped nicely, i have never had a missing item or broken item. I had an issue with billing (my fault not theirs) the rep that helped me was wuick to help me out and even remind me of a sale that was about to start! I have a subscription with boxycharm and their customer service is is horrible, their reps do not do their research and its just a mess products have cone broke and misaing and to this day i have still not fully resolved that with boxycharm! So WHEN I SAY I LOVE FABFITFUN I MEAN I LOVE FABFITFUN SO MUCH I UPGRADED TO A YEARLY MEMEBER!!!! 💓👍

Always received quality products

Shipped to my old address and they denied It. I’ve been with FFF for years and never experienced not receiving my box or item. They are sending one to my current correct address but unfortunately the other add ons are sold out so they are refunding me.

After losing my mom to COVID-19 I was a mess, I wasn’t checking my emails or answering messages. I missed the customization period but FFF offered to let me choose my items anyways, even after I received my box. So Thank you
