Professional efficient and friendly

i was waiting for my fall box, was looking forward to it, great service. found the box it was damage .so sending me another on.

Fabulous customer service, efficient and very friendly! My first box shipped out before I had the chance to customize it, and after sending them an email I got a reply (very quickly) with an opportunity to rectify the problem. I am very impressed by their expediency and commitment to customer satisfaction!

I love fabfitfun, and have been a subscriber for a long time now. I recently got my box, and had an issue with the backpack in it... Totally not FFF's fault. But still, I contacted them, and their representative, Dale, was amazing. Totally took charge, made things right, offered me different items instead, to choose from. All of his responses were quick, and professional, while also super understanding and helpful. I appreciate FFF making it right, and will continue to subscribe for a loooooonnnnnggg time.

Fabfitfun has always had great quality and delivery! But when the delivery process broke down this time, they were very helpful and the customer care rep, Renz, was more than I could ask for! Thank you!!

I didn’t end up liking what I got, but they made cancellation so easy, I didn’t feel guilted into keeping my subscription at all!
