I'm not sure if my open edit selections were processed and took as I selected because I never got a confirmation email and the process for edit selections is very ambiguous as it is which is really frustrating

Scott tried to help me get my issues with having to change my pass word for like the 7th time now solved also the fact that so many people including me are so disappointed in the fall box. I'm ill and I'm a annual select member and got nothing that was nice except for 1 item. Which I could not use at the time because I have no Hair. It is growing back but may be temporary. Still it didn't make me feel good. Then when account is at risk, I don't get compensation like others did with a credit$$. It was just enough frustration. So many are disappointed they are going to stop as well as I if the winter box is as embarrassing that I didn't want my daughter in law to join. I hope you can come back from this terrible Fall box. I had to buy and spend extra money to buy Anything I wanted in my box because I didn't get anything I literally could not have gotten at the local Walmart. BTW HE SENT ME A RESET MY PASSWORD EMAIL, BUT IT WONT WORK BECAUSE I DON'T KNOW WHAT THE LAST PASSWORD WAS. SO SO FRUSTRATED. STILL CAUSE IT'S NOT WORKING YET. I'M JUST TAKING A BREATHE. IT'S NOT LIFE, IT'S NOT MY BREAD & WATER SO IT WON'T CAUSE ME TO DIE, BUT I ENJOY A SPECIAL SURPRISE THAT IS WELL WORTH MY MONEY AND I KNOW MY HUSBAND HAD WORKED HARD FOR TO PUT A SMILE ON MY FACE OR MAKE ME OR MY DAY FEEL SPECIAL. IT JUST DIDN'T HAPPEN. ☹

I just want to know when to order winter box still have not recieved my fall box

I love fabfitfun but this Time around for the fall box made me a little more aggravated due to not receiving my fall box and it being lost somewhere out there it literally took me a month to have someone decide to go ahead and re-issue me another box which in turn caused me not to be able to receive a couple of my items I had ordered due to they were sold out but if someone would have stopped putting me off for a month because every time I contacted them they kept saying give it another week give it another week then I would not have had this issue but I still love fabfitfun they just lost a star because of the situation hopefully when it comes to my next winter box I will not have this issue! Because they do rock they are the best beauty box out there! I would like to add that FabFitFun have done an excellent job on making things right with my orders and I have received my winter box and I am very pleased to say they’ve done an excellent job! Like I’ve said FabFitFun is #1when it comes to beauty boxes!

Great customer service, unfortunately as a international customer, many items are not an option and we don't get alternatives, especially as we pay more in total with customs. Totally recommend if you're a US resident.

I love FabFitFun, getting my shipments are always exciting but like anything else in life things can go wrong. I was missing items from my June and August shipments. June’s items is now being reshipped. My item for August hasn’t been shipped yet apparently. I received 4 of the exact items in mystery 4 piece t-shirt bundle and wasn’t pleased with this: I asked to have it resent as I wanted the shirts: not 4 identical ones but she said she will credit my account 15 dollars :/ and lastly I have received the same items in my regular mystery bundles 3 times during separate orders and asked to please stop sending the same items. She stated that items rotate out and there is no real way to prevent that from happening.But I feel is not true as I have received the same orange circular single, zippered picnic lunch kit for over a year 3 times. So some things were fixed but not completely resolved.

Thank you for the prompt reply to my concerns. I am very happy with the recovery effort, however I do not want another Botkier tote if the handles still smell like diesel. I believe it is the material that is used, not a defect in the product. Also, thank you so much for the room spray and Spongelle in cedar.
