I stop FabFitFun and I still the dog add-ons and I can't get them to stop

Random items chosen by company sent - totally different from what is advertised then high cost to ship back to US. Customer representatives did contact me but unable to help. Opportunity to customise was past at point when I had subscribed and then, if new customer says 1 hour to choose but with website not set up for ease of use. As soon as I realised no opportunity to select and random unwanted gifts to be sent tried to cancel but not allowed. Finally found out what was in box - same as another reviewer - if no interest or value to me - I did not open box and then had to pay £40 to return. Representatives all very polite but not given opportunity to resolve. Feel unsuitable for UK clients

I received a gift card from my kids for the subscription and I activated it but the options were already depleted and I wanted to skip this box and start with the next one when I would actually be able to choose things I like. This was a wasted box and I don't like that because my kids spent a lot of money on this present.

To fix the item, fab fit fun responded to me with a fifteen dollar credit to an account that I have closed. Or another can of sunscreen in December. I stand by my review. Total scam. I subscribed for a fall box I got some high quality cosmetics like two faced mascara that I love. But the winter box...nah. Because there was so few choices that I liked I picked a few mystery items. I didn't really care for anything I got but then I realized the mystery items were summer leftovers like unbranded sunscreen spray. Absolutely ridiculous pricing for a seventy five dollar box full of junk. I just read on another review that they have an "automatic check out" and will automatically charge you if you're just considering purchasing items by putting it in the cart. What a scam!!!

Fab, Fit, Fun, use to have some really good products. I ask for a subscription for Christmas and I was disappointed with the 2023 Christmas box, it was full of cheap crap, not even full, a few cheap items that I will throw in the trash bin. I could have went to the Dollar Tree or The Dollar General store and filled the box with better items than I got in this box. None of it was even worth 20 dollars, cheap bags for dirty laundry ( maybe a quarter, .25 cents) a cheap plastic cake plate that wasn't big enough for a cake or anything else ( tacky color) an eye mask that I could of purchased for 1.25 at the dollar tree. My husband spent money on this for the seasonal box. It was full of garbage that takes up space and I will toss. This was a gross waste of money, don't purchase it. I am not looking forward to the spring box, it's just garbage that I will throw away. This use to be a decent product and it's really just an overpriced disappointment full of rubbish

I received my box which I customized. There were three items in it none of which I wanted nor requested. I went to Five Below and found the same things. I complained and they gave me a credit for twenty dollars. I paid over sixty for three cheap quality items( a thin robe which isn’t my size, a yoga block (I don’t do yoga), and a pair of wash and wear bags that I don’t know what you would with them since they’re small and won’t fit hardly anything. I threw everything out except for the robe because my cat was sleeping on it. WTH Fab Fit Fun? Where is my hairbrush, the spice jar set etc? What do you expect me to do with the garbage you sent?

My wife was charged for items in her cart without her permission. She did not check out. They are now claiming it's a special exception to return and we must pay for shipping to return the items. Don't shop on this site, you will be charged for items you don't want if you put them in your cart. It's not a "seamless experience" to be charged for items you never intended to buy. That's borderline stealing from your customers.

I had items in my cart and found that they were ordered without my permission. I did not approve of this purchase and if I wanted it I would have gone ahead and ordered it. I am receiving my first box and then will cancel my order. I'm disappointed and will not support your product.
