Customer Service
I needed a refund processed so I contacted FabFitFun's customer service team and one of the team members assisted me promptly and was very clear on the process and what to expect. Whether it's shopping or billing and/or shipping assistance, I always have a pleasant experience with FabFitFun.

Missing item and problem solved fast
I was missing an item in box and got a very quick resolution and a replacement item on its way. I normally dread calling customer service, but this was a great experience!
