I recently had to contact Fabfitfun customer service because I mistakenly hit a button upgrading my membership. I email customer service and spoke with Caroline, she was super understanding and fixed my problem with in an hour! Great customer service and great products!!

i needed to cancel my membership due to my husbands income has been low due to COVID…
i needed to cancel my membership due to my husbands job income has been low due to COVID and they handled it immediately. The girl who handled my account was so helpful and personal she made the experience so much better. I wasn't happy with having to cancel my membership. I loved getting my box! It made me so happy when it arrived!

I didn't receive my Fall box and Becca figured out what happened and made sure that I got a new box with items that I got to choose! Great customer service!!

Signed up as a new member. Was offered a 10% discount off the first box. However, the discount cannot be applied online to the yearly subscription. After chatting with representative, she was able to give me a discount credit towards any add on product,
