I had an issue where I was not able to add my shipping address on my order. I called on, and after a wait time of less than a minute I spoke to Jett. Jett was professional and efficient. He solves my issue really quickly!

I just recently became a member of FFF and I was so confused on how everything really worked. So I reached out to FFF and one of the FFF team members reached out to me pretty quickly and answered everything I have asked. The information he gave back was very clear, and he was very knowledgeable about everything I was asking about. I had an issue with relocating out of state, but my box was mailed to my old address by mistake. I received prompt customer service when I reached out about my account. I was even allowed to choose my items and my fall box was shipped out to my new home. Thanks so much!
