Great company!
Great company! It’s really fun to get the boxes and pick some of your items. When I had a problem with my cancelling and needing a refund, they helped me promptly and it was no problem to get my money back.

Extremely wonderful experience using chat feature
I was unable to customize my winter box due to being ill and in the hospital. When I used the chat feature to contact FabFitFun, I chatted with Genesis and she was amazingly kind and helpful - allowing me to customize my box even though the customization window had passed and was closed. Thank you so much for you help!

Recieved wrong item
I get FABFUTFUN on an annual. Never in 2 yrs have I gotten anything that wasnt of the highest quality or even a wrong item. My luck ran out. I got a wrong product. I emailed within 30 minutes I got a response. They acknowledged the issue and were sending the correct item, they apologized for error and now we are all happy.
