They seem to really value their customers! Although, I am really sad they don’t ship our stuff in the fabulous, colorful boxes like they used to. Bring back the awesome boxes FabFitFun!

Who doesn't love fun mail?! I have been a customer for a little over a year and always had a wonderful experience. Albeit the packaging could be a little faster, but its not the end of the world. I'm just impatient. This last box, an item was forgotten. I sent in a request and I was offered a solution quickly. I understand mistakes happen and it means more that the issue was resolved quickly and friendly.

FFF may have the best customer service of all time. I was pretty bummed when my order came damaged but their customer care team quickly refunded my damaged items. Filing a claim was quick and easy. I just had to take a picture or video of my damaged item(s) and they refunded them almost immediately. Yes it stinks that my candles were unusable BUT having an experience like this with their customer service definitely made me a customer for life. They take care of their customers even after the sale and not everyone can say that elsewhere.

Been a customer for a while and this was the first time I had an issue but it was resolved so quickly and they promised to get a new item out to me as fast as possible. Received a damaged item. Problem was solved, I haven’t received it yet but I’m confident it will arrive soon.
