Hi Judy! We're so sorry to hear you haven't received your box yet! Sometimes the courier marks boxes as delivered when they are still in transit. Because of this, it is our policy to wait 5 business days from the marked delivery date before reporting an order as lost or stolen. Feel free to reach back out if you do not receive your box within the stated time frame!

EDIT: A member from FabFitFun reached out to me with a link to the add-ons. I was able to successfully shop. Thank you! I think the app may need some work because it kept redirecting me to buying another subscription before purchasing add-ons. The browser works fine, though. Thank you, again ☺ Bought a box for Winter 2020 wherein I subscribed for the box and add-on experience. I'm the type to cancel any kind of auto renewal subscription or otherwise I'll forget and be charged what I only wanted to experience ONCE until I commit. FabFitFun won't let me choose add-ons because I quit my subscription--no idea where I fall in placement for Winter 2020 now. I would have to pay AGAIN for the SAME box just so I can even BROWSE the add-ons. FabFitFun lost a customer here. Not for me.

I think that if you are going to buy an extra box in the shop you should be able to see the items in the box! That is why I did not purchase it!

Ziggy finally assisted me with a issue of a missing order, hopefully that order will arrive soon. He understood that it was not in my control that box was missing since it seems the shipper either damaged it or lost it, after numerous request Ziggy finally resolved issue. Thank you

Accidentally sent me the wrong box. Bonus: I got to keep the stuff and my correct box was still sent. Bugger: some of the stuff I selected/ordered was out of stock :( In the end, I came out ahead so no harm no foul. And besides that, ugh, I actually really have loved my customizable subscription. Thanks fff team :)
