I wish that FabFitFun would have more products by black women. It’s frustrating when the options are tanning solution and that’s not something any black woman would use.

I actually generally love all of the things I get but I was thinking about why you guys were getting so many snarky comments on the site and I know for me there have really been a lot of aging products in the mix which is all fine and good and it makes sense to have some of those options... but I find that I LOVE the box when it gives me a full spa shower experience. I don't know if you have the ability to review my history: but if you did you would see that the fall2019 box and the winter 2019 box I basically got all of the items to do a mask, some aging some lotion some body scrub some eye mask... some wash or shampoo... the ONLY time a mom really gets to herself is her shower. At least in my case.

It was great the first few boxes but now it just seems redundant and geared towards people under 25 years old. I love discovering new brands that I thought were curated by people in the beauty industry who knew about beauty and lifestyle products. After being subscribed for almost 2 years, it seems they have gotten away from their initial goal of pleasing the customer and are now more about navigating their own relationships with brands. Meaning; it doesn't matter if the product sucks or if they've never used it themselves, if they have a good relationship or have something to gain by promoting a line, they'll include that line in your box. This is fine for someone trying one box but doesn't bode well for an active subscriber. I'd like to know that every choice in my box was vetted properly and is something that the CEO of fabfitfun would use daily. That used to be how FFF operated, not so much anymore.

This summer box was ok..... was a little underwhelmed by the selection - seemed there was more beauty products over others

Not completely happy with the box. Not sure how they pick who gets the offers. But I’m normally getting the add ins last minute. So I get all the last of the items. Second half the stuff I get is broken. So I’m not renewing

I've been getting FabFitFun boxes for 2 years now, and honestly, the last few boxes have been disappointing. I'm all for bringing back items from previous boxes if they were big hits, but when you bring back items that were only from 2 boxes ago (last summer's blue & white tote, the kate somerville moisturizer) to me if says that you have leftover inventory and need to get rid of it. I have a few friends that actually canceled their subscription with this past box because they were so disappointed with the selections. I did renew my annual subscription with this box because I have hopes that the choices will get better, but part of me regrets renewing. I have never been less excited about receiving my box in the mail as I was with this one. Hoping you guys can turn it around

I have now received each season’s box. Two of the boxes I really liked, the other two were just okay. One of the main reasons I say that they’re just okay was because of similar items- how many hand lotions do I need? How many leave on hair conditioners? I always fill out the preference survey if I get one plus I would think they know what they put in your previous boxes. I also don’t like that they constantly try to get you to upgrade to annual as opposed to seasonal. They don’t give breaks on price except for your first box. I have loved some items that I had picked out. I’m on the fence about changing companies due to the repeat products.

I bought the first 2 boxes back in winter 2019 and the winter editors box. I loved them both so much that I paid for a year to be a "Select member". The 1st box and add on sale was great. The edit sale i loved. Spring 2020 was fabulous. Now I am sitting here with 5 or 6 different attempts to find out where my summer 2020 box is. Got shipping label May 21st. Each person has given me a different answer as to where my box and add ons are. Nice. I have never been so disappointed with FFF. It was wait until May 28th, Then wait until June 1, then June 6th, now wait until June 8th. I got to excited and shopped their memorial day sale and spent the usual $ 200 on sale items just like I do with add ons. Not ever again. I would suggest they get it together. Its the small things like FFF that help some of us thru covid and civil unrest and gives us something to look forward to. Now its just been stress on stress trying to find where my box for summer is. Isn't doesnt matter if your a select. That just means you saved 20 dollars signing up early. If this continues the rest of my year with them should be very disappointing. I hope they prove me wrong.
