Fall 2020 box was very disappointing. The $128? bag looks cheap, has zippers that go to Nowhere... no one would ever pay $100 for this bag. The $38 room spray STINKS....I dont know too many people who actually like the smell of pumpkin spice. Everything else was on the lower price point so all in all the box was very disappointing. Also this was a gift subscription so there's no way for me to customize it...?

Fist time subscriber. I recieved all of the cheapest items. Totally not worth it. I'll definitely be canceling.

I ordered add-ons for my daughter. She was so excited to get them. They never arrived, when I contacted FabFitFun I was told please be patient the items will come. 4 months later the items still never arrived. I had to contact the company AGAIN, and this time was told there was and "error". I feel like FabFitFun just tried to steal money from me, I am a hard working person this is not cool. If it wasn't for me contacting THEM, I would not have known. Review your billing from them and do not let them get away with stealing from you!

I waited 6 weeks from order- it was really disappointing when i opened it Fall 2020 it was not full like lead to believe - boring. I received wrinkle release, bedtime face spray(!?) hair setter/finisher, a mason jar cup, a yoga scarf , hair oil, ugly bracelet that broke and turned my skin green. Cannot add photo. I could get similar things at Ross for 20$. Retail price is way high and misleading - Wow ppl 1st order and use a smaller box so that i do not feel stupid- do not like being challenged by customer service . If i do not like your service and products that is my opinion. I did order from Boxycharm and Ipsy and Babebox and twofaced and i am very happy with the subscriptions. Keeping them.

I loved my summer box I ordered the box and then cancelled my subscription due to lack of funds unfortunately. Then today my account was charged (for the fall box) when it should not have been. I called and customer service was able to refund me however it takes 5 days to get a refund when I should not of been charged in the first place. Very disappointed however the customer services worker was very pleasant and was able to help me.

I was billed for a box and told I had to get it. No refunds. I said ok. cancel my account. they said sure. youll get this one box and then no more. I checked a month and a half later. They said the box was processing and almost ready to ship. called today to see status. They said someone internally canceled it and never issued a refund.

In July, FFF was offering a bonus box along with your first box. So I renewed my subscription thinking I would get the bonus box along with the Editor's box (the summer 2020 box no longer available at the time). I even emailed FFF to make sure that I was still getting the bonus box and they told me I was. Well, the Fall2020 box is about to ship and I still hadn't received the Editor's box or the bonus box. Apparently, "due to unforeseen circumstances" I won't be receiving either one of them.

Half of the items that are included within these boxes don't even ship to the UK, which would be fine if they provided an equal amount of replacement items for the ones that don't however this doesn't happen and means that if in the UK, you half a significantly reduced selection of items to chose from (which is the main selling point of FFF). Whist the rest of the items are okay ish, the lack of selection means the items they get you excited about the boxes for are not even available which is disappointing to say the least. This would be the main area that needs to be looked into in my opinion, as this would not only help to increase the amount of customer satisfaction but also help encourage new customers from the UK knowing that we'd actually have decent choices that can be sent to us. Other than this, it is a relatively average box still undecided about continuing my subscription next year due to this issue.
