I bought my wife a gift subscription for this because she really wanted it. It would not allow her to use it. Then you billed her for a full year membership. Because you took so much $ you put our account in the negative for over a week and now, even with the refund of both charges we are still owing overdraft fees because of it. VERY UPSET WITH YOU. A refund is great but what about my overdraft fees because of your mistake?

I signed up to try it and only received 2 boxes since 2022.I cancelled my subscription and money continues to come out of my account with no product received! I reported the problem to my bank and they changed my debit card but it’s 2024 and it just came out of my account AGAIN!! If your company is going to continue to take money at least give products for it or let people unsubscribe without ripping them off.I’ve changed addresses online now that I realize you haven’t stopped accessing my bank account and going to wait and see if anything shows up this time.If not I’ll close my bank accounts I’ve had enough of this already.Where are all my other boxes you have taken the money for after I moved and unsubscribed??! You didn’t have my address because I unsubscribed so ?? Now you do so we will see

I was given a gift of one years membership as a Christmas gift. At one point I ordered an extra item and entered my credit card information. When my years membership was complete, I canceled the membership and asked that my credit card information be deleted. I chatted and also called to make sure that my membership was canceled. I was just charged over $200 for this year‘s membership. They do not allow you to cancel your credit card information and will charge you again and again. This is obviously a scam. The items I received were like dollar store items, not quality.

This company is unethical and the way their website is set up seems illegal. Does not tell you a total at checkout. I made for certain I clicked one box and the next day I received an email that I was registered for annual and was being charged! When I went to complain they first made it seem like there was nothing they could do even though I was certain I didn’t order an annual box. In the end they did cancel but it was ONLY after I stated it was fraud and I didn’t authorize the charges. I looked up reviews just now on the better business bureau and saw similar reviews with some fake seeming 5 stars pushing the 1 stars ones down with similar experiences to mine — I have ordered 2 boxes in the past and had no issues but after this I would never go to this site again. Buyer beware.

i regrettably signed up for this service in December. My first order included an item that was supposed to be 'drop shipped' and after almost a month, never came. they gave me credit to use for the site instead of a refund. My second order, I never got the email to make my customization selections and every time I went to the website, it said customization selections were not available. I tried to get help through the chatbot, which is the only way apparently to reach CS and eventually got to an agent who said i could make selections - but then the majority of them were out of stock and too bad for me? i cant get a refund for the membership i paid and now i guess i'm stuck getting stuff i dont want? total rip off.

If I could give this company a zero, I would. I accidentally pressed ONE button and was charged 235 dollars. No confirmation message popped up, NOTHING! When I finally found a phone number, I used the f word in the beginning of the conversation. And was told by customer service representative not to curse and use unprofessional words. Definitely a personal attack. After I told them I was BURYING my brother tomorrow and I just need it fixed, was told I need to not use unprofessional language. They are absolute THIEVES and don’t give any care in the world about their customers.

I came to this subscription box after All True and the policies here are horrible. I am an annual member and I accidentally forgot to unclick on box when I was choosing on Choice 1, so they listed it as an additional item at cost. I didn't discover this until after the choosing window had closed and my credit card was declined. I contacted customer service, which you have to do through an AI chat and then someone will email you, and she said the system will continue to try and charge your card every 72 hours. They refused to take the additional item off. I had to enter a new credit card number. There is no telephone number and no email address listed online for customer service. Only AI Chat. I also find the merchandise substandard compared to All True. I have cancelled my subscription.

Fab Fit Fun customer service gets 1 star because, after 20 minutes, they finally cancelled my order, per my initial request. The online chat was supposedly with a human. They never gave me their name, never responded directly to my messages, wasted my time with cut and paste replies, sent links to unrelated topics and when I asked to chat with a human, they finally replied, "I am human." (I seriously doubt it.) It was agonizing, frustrating and a huge suck of my time.
