Cherrie completed my customization and updated my personal info for me because I could not get on the website for 2 days. I kept getting an auto reply "bad link". Her ability to communicate clearly, be helpful and friendly were VERY much appreciated. And it was late on Saturday night! FitFabFun must provide 24 hour service!

Fabfitfun has been such a lovely service for the past two years. I recently fell upon hard times and had to request a refund, knowing that their policy pretty much says no refunds. A customer service rep contacted me almost instantly and not only was kind, but was able to honor my request - making an exception to their (fair) policy. I can't believe such a great service also has great customer service!!
