I was a little worried that someone had taken my package off my front doorstep, I am a flight attendant and I’m out of town a lot, so this made me feel better that I could track where the package was and knowing that it was arriving, when I was in town.

I knew something was wrong with my order but didn’t want to be just another “where is my order” email or seem impatient but I reached out and sure something had gone wrong on their end. Jack responded quickly, updated me on what happened and reassured me they’d be sending out another box to me in two or so weeks. I appreciated the honesty in the lost order, and quick shipment of my replacement order. Great customer service and transparency.

I am a first time member and ordered the wrong size of an item since my box had shipped and they were unable to exchange my item they replaced it. Fantastic customer service! And the products of course are amazing!

My overall experience with Fabfitfun has always been amazing, your live chat staff has always been able to answer any of my questions and concerns. There were a couple of things that were typed incorrectly, you emailed me on one of them and the second one was if we purchased over 100.00 that we would receive a mystery bundle but it was a mystery gift. Your team corrected it and I can honestly say I know that we are not perfect and mistakes can happen, especially during big promotions. Thank you so much for all you did to help guide me through a very busy weekend!!!
