Fabfitfun has always had the best customer service. So great I recently tried Causebox expecting the same service. Never again. Horrible customer service no one replies. Wont answer questions about the service. If you are looking for a box where you count as a customer FABFITFUN is what you need in your life. Best subscription box out there.

I’ve had really great customer service from FabFitFun. I never have to wait long for a response and it is always clear and friendly communication. Any issues I’ve had, they have fixed immediately. One of the best companies for customer experience that I know. Kudos to you, FFF!

Easily one of the best customer service encounters I’ve ever had! I accidentally purchased a number of items and was stressed about having to wait for them to ship, then return them which would just delay my refund. A customer service member responded to my email, canceled my order, and had my refund processed in 30 minutes. It was so stress free and actually enjoyable to speak to Yna. She was so helpful and friendly. This just reminded me why I love Fab Fit Fun. Not just for the items but the company across the board.

I’ve been subscribing to FFF for a few years. The variety of products is wonderful! High quality items at an unbeatable price. The customer service is also top-notch! I ❤️FFF!

I am aware of the delays during Covid and was waiting patiently. Then a new email to rate my box, which made me think it was lost or delivered to the wrong house....
