Kai was patient, understanding and successfully assisted me with exactly and only what I needed in a fast paced tech world, our patience is limited. Kai made things happen so fast that there wasn’t time for me to get frustrated. An unusual thing in customer service these days.

Fab Fit Fun is a great subscription service where you get quality high-end beauty products and lifestyle items at a heavily discounted price. I have been receiving FFF for years and I love all of my boxes. The price for the annual subscription is amazing when you look at the items you are receiving and how often you are receiving them. Try it, you will love it!!

Customer service is by far the best I have experienced. I’m so very grateful to have resolved this matter in a very timely and professional manner. She promptly responded to my email inquiry about some issues with an annual subscription. I was no longer an active member, but because my card was still in the system, a team member was going to charge me for a renewal of my subscription, worth almost $300. Even after repeated correspondence and telling the department , responsible for renewing Subscriptions, that I had not longer been an annual member for quite some time. In the end, everything was taken care of and I was able to get on with my life.

Clay answered my questions thoroughly. I know they were behind on answering emails for about 2 days, but I was told from the beginning it could take about that long before I got a response which I liked. Once Clay got back to me he was efficient and so apologetic for the wait time. He answered my questions immediately. Thank you.
