I am new to the subscription box it's my first time and I did not realize what I was doing by picking more than one thing in my category while choosing items for my box, yor only supposed to pick one but I got charged for the others I picked in the same category, was my fault over all but they fixed my mistake, I highly recommend this box

I subscribed Nov 2020. Was very excited. Looking futher into it and realized I could add on this soft blanket everyone in racing about. I so to site to add on and I couldnt sign in says my p.w. is wrong. After many attempts and working with FFF. we came to the conclusion that if I wanted to futher my subscription. I would have to do so with a new g mail. NP. SO THEY SENT ME THE BLANKET FREE OF CHARGE AS A GIFT. NOW WHAT COMPANY DOES THAT ANYMORE. I HAVE HAD ISSUES WITH BOXYCHARM AND NOT NEAR THE SAME CUSTIMER SERVICE. WHAT A BREATH OF FRESH AIR FFF just blew my way!! ❤💯
